5PSI Rated Airlock
We have designed our rated Airlocks to be fully manufactured in our workshop, which means that they can be transported underground and bolted into position without any assembly necessary. This design also includes a floor which makes for an easier transition. Standard size is 3.0 x 1.4 x 2.2 meters high.
Doors for your airlock
Airlocks are fitted with man access doors, which come unrated, 2PSI rated or 5PSI rated. Standard door sizes are 1 metre square, 1500 x 1 metre and 1800 x 1 metre. Rated man access doors have a sliding air relief panel as standard, which can also be used as a regulator and locked open at five different increments.
Airlocks and overcasts
Airlocks can be fitted to our overcasts if required, including portal frame overcasts in unrated, 2PSI and 5PSI rated designs.
Certification and delivery
All rated designs are certified by GHF’s engineer. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, and our structural steelwork is certified to AS/NZS 5131.
