Bollards, barriers and rails
We fabricate protection bollards, sometimes called security bollards, along with protection barriers and pedestrian rails for a range of applications. We take on all project sizes and types, and bespoke designs are welcome. Bollards can be made as part of a wider job that includes rails, barriers, sign frames or custom gates. Materials and powder coating
Bollards, barriers and rails can be made in steel, stainless steel or alloys. Powder coating is available in a range of colours consistent with your project, so the finished product can match the rest of the site. For stainless work, see stainless steel fabrication.
Cottage Creek barrier protection system
For Robson Civil, we fabricated a unique barrier protection system as part of the Cottage Creek Redevelopment Project on Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle. On the same project we fabricated and installed a 30 metre pedestrian and cycle bridge over Cottage Creek, working with the project engineers and designers from the start. The bridge replaced an old concrete structure, and delivery and installation were planned around road closures. Design, delivery and installation
A full service is available from design to completion. We can help with planning, design and engineering certification, then fabricate, transport and install. Because our products are designed for easy transport and installation, we can supply bollards and barriers to all locations. We work with small and large civil contractors, infrastructure and project management teams, and our civil clients have included Daracon, KCE, Fulton Hogan and Woodbury Civil.
